Dr. Irma Nyack, ARNP, LLB, MBA, DHA, Ph.D FounderMs. Nyack has been caring for adults and children with complex diagnostic challenges, and those with urgent mental health needs for over 40 years. Opening an Urgent Mental Health Clinic was the logical next step in her ongoing effort to expand services and provide meaningful access to those in need. Ms. Nyack is a Certified Mental Health Instructor (Children & Adults) and has a special interest in the unique mental health needs of emerging adults.

Jesse specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma recovery with an emphasis on adult survivors of abuse.
Brabra Kaz Hudson, MA.MOA Barbra is the Executive Director overseeing the clinical services at Kreative Mental Health Urgent Car e. A 35 year veteran and a leader in providing Mental Health Care Services. Barbra is into proactive mental health services that focuses on assisting clients avoid crisis and the vicious cycle of rehospitalization.
Her specialty includes adolescents and families who have been impacted by adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). There are many forms of trauma which can disrupt an individuals’ ability to connect with themselves and others, as well as cause other mental health issues. She believes creating a safe space and a healthy therapeutic relationship with individuals can create a pathway for healing, in addition to providing different alternatives to address presenting problems, developing and exploring meaning behind behavior can be empowering.
